The project Know The Islam began in 2009 with the objective of bringing Islamic culture and wisdom to the Brazilian population. In practice, the action is done through the free distribution of Islamic books to followers and non-adherents of the religion in several places and events in Brazil. More than 5 million people have already been reached.

The work is done in partnership with entities from Islamic countries to guarantee that the knowledge and true essence of Islam reaches all regions in Brazil. The purpose is to show Muslims and non-Muslims the true fundamentals of the religion, removing doubts, leading to a deeper knowledge of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.A.S) and providing correct explanations about what was taught in the Holy Quran.
