Al-Azhar University is one of the world's leading Islamic institutions. With the development of work based on intellectual pluralism and respect for the cultures of peoples, it contributes to the consolidation of peace, coexistence and the integration of positive values.
A collaboration between FAMBRAS and the World Organization for Graduates of Al-Azhar was signed to establish the construction of scientific and cultural relations in the fields of education in both Brazil and Egypt. An agreement was also established to broadcast on Brazilian channels the children's series Nour, the first Arab series in the world to be dubbed in Portuguese.
