Our vision
The Federation of Muslim Associations of Brazil is a religious, cultural and social institution that works to spread Islam, based on the comprehensive and inclusive methodology of the Koran and the authentic teachings of Prophet Muhammad (God's Peace, His Mercy and Blessings be upon he).
FAMBRAS follows a contemporary pattern of communication, guided by the terms of humanistic conduct of the Koran and the Sunna, striving for cooperation, promoting peace, tolerance and dialogue with all members of society, always using wisdom, dialogic moderation and consideration of common values. This is what the Qur'an teaches us in Sura 16, verse 125:
“Call (O Muhammad, humans) to the path of your Lord with wisdom and beautiful exhortation; and dialogues with them in a benevolent way”.
